Established in February 2006, Nanjing Baisheng Glass Technology Co., Ltd created our brother company, Nanjing Baisheng Equipment Science & Technology Co., Ltd. In January 2014 with a registered capital of RMB 5.5 million. We are mainly engaged in the package solution for glass project, including glass plant (furnace) design, furnace (equipment) construction, installation, hot wind heating up and glass furnace hot repair, serving the plants of flat glass, photovoltaic calendering glass, electric light source glass, daily glass, water glass(carbon-white) and ceramic frits. Now our projects cover large scale float and calender glass kiln cold repair, roasting kiln, thermal insulation and kiln hot repair, daily glass project environmental protection transformation and one-stop solution on glass plants.
With 35 experienced experts, 10 of which are senior engineers and 20 of which are senior technicians, our professional team advantageously provide our customers good service in glass engineering design, kiln construction, furnace hot repair for large and medium glass furnaces. The founder of our company also works as an invited professor in local institute. We have established long-term cooperation with the well-known building materials designing institutes, related colleges and universities, to stay the leading position in the latest advanced technology both domestic and international on glass furnace and glass industry. Our technical team have made bold innovations on energy-saving design of U-flame kiln, coal-to-gas technology of glass furnace, natural gas combustion system of glass furnace and air system of glass furnace. We have exclusive know-hows in the following: Energy-saving furnace design technology, furnace cold repair breast wall hanging brick replacement, the overall lifting and lowering technology of arch, "L" type hanging wall design and installation, water glass furnace moveable overflow port equipment, low-input raw material automatic batching system, natural gas combustion system modularization, and melting automatic control system for small and medium-sized glass furnace DCS (PLC).
We built our own processing base of over 2000, equipped with two hanging cranes, specialized steel structure, industrial air pipes and other professional devices. The whole kiln steel structure, the combustion system for natural gas or heavy oil, and the air system are all modularly produced under our own supervision. Thus not only the designated quality standards are fully met but also the site construction cycle could be greatly shortened. In 2020, we purchased the equipment producers to develop the furnace auxiliary machines like batching mixer, air interchanger, feeders etc.
We are one of the rising companies in glass furnace engineering in China. In 2019, we were just awarded the Gold Glass Prize by glass industrial association.
